World Book Day Celebrations in Rang 2
Second class celebrated World Book Day by finishing off their class novel, The BFG and creating some wonderful dream jars. We think they look great!

As part of the Book Fair, second class had a visit from the BFG! They were enthralled by Aaron from the Smallest Tallest Theatre who gave a fantastic performance and even gave the children some dreams to take home
Tayto sandwich anyone?
RM 15 got to grips with procedural writing today. They made tayto sandwiches , wrote the instructions step by step and then got to enjoy all their hard work!! Even Mr Elliffe called in for a bite! Maith sibh a pháistí!
Learning Length In Rang 2!
The children in second class have been learning about length. They measured different lengths using non standard units of measurement such as match sticks, lollipop sticks and paper clips. Well done guys!!
First Confession
Congratulations to all the boys and girls in Rang 2 who made their First Confession last night in St Oliver’s Church. Mr O’Brien, Mr Elliffe, their teachers and SNAs are so proud of our wonderful students. They did themselves and their families proud. Maith sibh a pháistí!
