A mock General Election was held in 5th and 6th class today. Each student was given a ballet card to cast a vote. Quotas were worked out and several counts and tallies were taken in what lead to be a great insight into the voting process for the future generation of voters .

The arrival of the 1st of February and St Brigid’s Day, saw fourth class make the traditional St Brigid’s crosses. Pupils in really appreciated how patient St. Brigid was. After many attempts we succeed in making some wonderful crosses.
