The children of Scoil Oilibhéir are certainly going to be fit and healthy this year. Our new Health Promoting Schools Committee are going to ensure that we stay active and they are already planning lots of fun activities for the coming year.
Autumn is here… the ‘season of mists and mellow fruitfulness’ has come to Scoil Oilibhéir. Our Senior Infants have been busy in the garden picking a bumper crop of apples.
At present many of our after school activities are up and running. There are still places available in Speech & Drama (Laura Burke 0876133620) and in Karate class (Liam Griffin 0868569775).
Third class are busy getting fit these days. Ms. Stokes class have been participating in Schools Fitness Week. They took part in a live work out with over 800 other schools across Britain and Ireland.
