The senior infant pupils in Seomra 1 stepped back in time this week and learned how butter was made long ago. Ms. Barry brought a butter churn to school to show the children the process. Then, the children experimented using cream and shook it in a bottle until it thickened. The end result ……..delicious homemade butter…….YUM!!!!
