Each week Clare McSweeney will share a PE @ Home video, designed to evoke curiosity & fun while learning through movement.
For each lesson Clare will focus on a fundamental movement skill that pupils can practice through enjoyable, creative activities.
All activities are designed to be played in the home environment where family participation is championed.
Clare also encouraged the use of a Movement Discovery Journal where pupils can record and reflect on their experiences.
This can provide an opportunity for later discussion on pupils’ return to the school classroom.
